There are a total of 16 guided meditation audio files included in this meditation bundle. These consist of 10 different meditation techniques, 3 of them of different lengths: breathing, mindfulness, and my signature meditation, each in a length of 5, 10, and 20 minutes, as well as body scan, walking, loving-kindness, mantra, object, visualization, and 1-minute meditation. Please note: These guided meditations are already included in the online course “Including Meditation and Mindfulness in your Life.” So you do not need to purchase this bundle if you have already taken the course or plan to take it.
